Scouting is bigger than just adventure, camping, hiking, knots and fires: the scouting method is a system of progressive self-education, which aims to nurture the resilience, leadership skills and character growth of young people of all ages. Scouting in Chapelizod now supports over 80 children and young adults from Chapelizod and surroundings with an affordable and quality youth-led programme, all organized and run by volunteers. Please support the 139th Chapelizod Scouts by purchasing a ticket for €2 and be in with a chance of winning some great prizes. The raffle is our most important annual fundraiser which helps subsidize costs of our activities and facilities of our growing group.
